1 year old rtz and I ran over a limb that fell in the yard. The mower made an unusual noise and stopped. Engine runs good blade engages but when you press the gas to go in forward/rev nothing happens

it is possible that the limb got caught in the pulley and made the drive belt pop off. look under it and see if there is a belt that looks really loose or out of place.

The shredder got jammed , a paper got stuck didn't go all the in. We tried to scrap out as much paper as we can . But it does not work at all

There should be a button to operate the shredder in the reverse direction to help unclog the blade. If the blades are bound up enough to stop the motor from turning, it will be necessary to take it apart to remove the obstruction.

Landxcape elec chainsaw 14" blade, can I use the top of the chainsaw for cutting upwards & also can I use the chainsaw on its side to leave a flat cut surface safely?

Hi Andy
The short answer to your questions is yes, but bear in mind when cutting with the top of the blade the chainsaw will be pushing away from the work surface, whereas the bottom of the blade pulls in to the work surface. All safety aspects should be considered prior to using a chainsaw, such as the lay of the land, wind direction, firm footing and most importantly a a pre-designated safe escape route if things don't go as planned! and of course a full understanding of where any tree or limbs etc are going to fall.
The following website has lots of information (safety and otherwise) regarding the use of chainsaws and some very informative suggested reading articles, I'd reccomend reading through these if your a novice chainsaw operator.

Blade stuck in dw331 blade clamp

I've been all over the internet with this because the blade clamp on my 331 is jammed as well. It turns out DeWalt has redesigned the blade clamp, I'm guessing they did this because the original design jams. Solution: call DeWalt. Tell them that you have the old and now obsolete blade clamp that is prone to jamming, and that yours is stuck making your saw worthless. Ask them to send you the new redesigned clamp that is supposed to work better. You swap out blade clamp by removing two hex head (allen) screws.

The new style blade clamp for the 331 is part number: N072135SV

*The obsolete part #: N072135, 586203-00 and 589148-00

Good luck getting DeWalt to send you the working part for free.

My lawn mower blade is jam and also thrope is stuck

The stuck rope is holding the Crank from turning. The crank is what the blade is attached to. Disassemble and fix the rope area and blade issue will be solved

Take it back to where you purchased it or contact them by email/phone and explain your problem (have saw in hand). Together you can solve this. We cannot find the model number on your saw from here. GL

Kicthen Aid Coffee Grinder BCG100

The two small little guides you refer to are a pair of switches that get depressed when the top is pressed down. In the top is supposed to be a plastic pin in the top of each one of the grooves. When both pins push both of the switches down (look like black dots) the grinder wil operate. The proper solution would be to replace the top.
