right click on "my computer" icon on your desktop or on "start" bottom
click "properties"
click "Device Manager"
double click "sound, video and game controller"
from there you could find the name of your sound card then let me know so I could give you the right driver and how to install it.
If you don't have "sound, video and game controller" in your device manager then look for "Other Devices"
Double click on it
right click on each "Unknown Device"
Click "Properties"
find "Reinstall" bottom and click
follow the instruction to see if window can find the right driver from microsoft website.
