Powering up the TV

TV will power up from cold and if turned off immediatey will turn on again. However if the TV is allowed to warm up and then switched off it will not then turn on again unless it is turned off at the mains and left to cool down. The red light on the right will blink continuously but the screen will not turn on. Set has been back for repair and the IP Board was replaced.

The set was returned to me and worked OK for the first 3 days before reverting to the problem outlined above. It has been sent for repair again and they say they cannot replicate the fault. Could this be an intermitent fault that is going to be very difficult to solve. The set was only purchased in June.
