Kitchen aid kebc278 dual ovens don't work

I've just installed a demo model twin wall ovens Kitchenaid KEBC278, the oven light is always on and the ovens don't heat. I've tried all the sabath mode stuff and checked the wiring. Is there any simple solution? I've a big dinner to cook this weekend and no tech til Tuesday.

My daughter-in-law just moved in to a newer home with a stainless steel Kitchen Aid ceramic top stove. It has a warming oven, a convect feature etc. However, with options etc. it is very confusing to...

Kitchen Aid manuals are available from their support site: . The model number is needed to locate the manual. For ranges, the plaque with the model number is inside the oven door.

The KitchenAid ovens that I know will turn off when you press Off (unless the control lock is on - then you need to disable the control lock). The Warming Drawer will have a separate Off button. Dual oven units require you to select which oven and then press off.

See for a similar range. (ceramic glass cooktop, convection feature and warming drawer)

I hope this helps.

Go to PF when there is none

wshort, As long as you are sure the circuit to the oven is not the problem, such as drop in voltage, here are a couple of suggestions. Number one is that the electronic parts for this model have a five year warranty on them and you may want to call for factory service. Sometimes the connections on the main control board become loose or corroded. Try reseating them and see if the problem stops. If not I would suspect the control board power transformer behind the control board. There are two transformers, one for lights the other for the control board. The control board transformer should have the red and blue wires while the light transformer will have the black and white. The voltage could be dropping out here. Make sure that the wires to the oven terminal block are not loose or burnt. Since you are not receiving any error codes except for PF, Im not suspecting the board itself. back.
