if time we install the HP printer, it always results failed. although we follow the manual instruction. Our pc mother was damaged it over heat. so, we change it. The technician told me to re install it at home. But everytime we insert HP cdroom it stated: temporarily disable all sofware firewall. Nobody knows how to do it here in our house. Please help us
