My boss has a Compaq wireless keyboard, and somehow letters in a series are locked together, so that when he types 'a' what appears on the screen is 'asd', '1' results in '123', etc. I can't figure out if this is a Windows command or something on the keyboard itself. Reboot doesn't fix, nor does removing power and batteries from the keyboard to attempt to reset.

I HAVE A COMPAQ PSARIO LAPTOP. THE CAP LOCK BUTTON FELL OFF AND THE CAP LOCK LIGHT IS CONSTANTLY ON, AND IT CAN'T BE TURNED OFF. IN ORDER TO WRITE SMALL LETTERS, I HAVE TO PRES THE SHIFT KEY. SO THE CAP IS REVERSED. ANY IDEA HOW TO FIX IT?
