i change my video card settings in Bios to AGP, after that, i already installed my video card, but no display appeared, ican't restore my video card setting to previous settings because my monitor has no display.
If you cannot go to POST (power on self test) or you only see a black screen after turning your computer on. try reseting your bios by shorting the bios reset jumper. If you are unsure where your bios reset jumper is, just take out the power cord from your computer. press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to free the flee power. take out the small coin sized battery from your motherboard then wait for 10 seconds. put the battery back on. put the power cable back on. start your computer. Make sure you already have your new video card installed before turning your computer back on. You computer should work with a video card under the default settings.
if you still have old video card remove the new one and replace with old one
change setting back in bios
then reinstall new card and instead of changing through bios just start computer it should automatically change settings for you
