Question about Computers & Internet
I had to do a full re-install of windows back on this system to get it running. I was using the drivers provided by hp.com & they worked. I slipped up and used the quickfix for the audio. It did a half sound of the Microsoft intro & now doesn't play a thing. I tried uninstalling the drivers and reloading, but that is no use. When I do run the install the system detects & shows an error: 69. If any1 can help on this lemme know... I really don't want to install windows again, but if i have to I still have the starting drivers. :)
Reisntalling windows will not help. It is one of the bugs in that version. You need the drivers if you dont have them try here for it. http://drivers.myfreewares.com/driverdownload.php

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
