I did a little searching and found a few pages that may be of help to you.

There were also a few videos I saw on youtube, but the ones I looked at, used software I am unfamiliar with. If you wish you can always look for those, if you are still having trouble.

hard reset by recovey options

1. Enter wrong pattern 5 times and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Select "Forgot pattern" and enter your email account username and password.
3. Make sure you use the same account that was used to activate the device and double check the password by logging in to that email account in a browser.
4. If you don't have access to the original email account, you will need to do a hard reset and loose your settings and apps on the devcice. The data on the memory card will not be wiped though.
Note: if you can't remember your email password, you will have to visit the email service support page to get it reset.

my son entered incorrect pattern on Vipad Q 88, now its locked, gmail account is not accessing. Is there any solution for that?

Do a pattern until it tells u that u have done it to many times you have to wait 30 seconds to try again.And then it should have on the bottom of the forgot password. Go on that and put up email address in there and then you will get an email with your password on it or it will so create a new password

If your son has put a password AND remember it, get him to enter it.
