I went to another website and read the reviews of other owners of Bushnell products, this is a common problem from Bushnell products. The fix is to buy another or try to get them to replace it, they should recall everyone of them and give refunds or new rangefinders. I found all this out for free, thank you very much!!!

I'm assuming you have set the dioptre correctly for your eyes.

Normally this is caused by a collimation error when one (or both) prisms move. This can be by a small amount.

Your going to have to take them in for service/repair to fix this as is not a DIY problem. (Unless of course you have a collimator lying around)

I called bushnell 3 times.They didnt know anything about their products.I asked them if they had a 12 volt hook up for a car .she said not that she was aware of on the gps 200cr.Well i found a bushnell product hook up on ebay.I called to get help on downloading maps me and a bushnell worker tryed for a half hour nothing ,he said it must have been something i did before i called .To take and trade it in for a new one.I did come to find out after surfing the web,he was telling me how to do it all wrong.what a waste of time.
