Question about Washing Machines
Hi, I have had this washing machine for almost 3 years now and i have never had any problem with it so far but yesterday 20 minutes after putting the laudry in the washing machine a "loud banging on the door" type noise started to come from the machine at that time it was in the "Rinse" step of its washing cycle with "4 single bed sheets" inside it.I paused it coz i thought it has probably broken down(the banging sound was so loud). After that i restarted it but nothing happened, no banging sounds.I think that the machine's drum collided with its body with great intensity again and again thats why a very loud banging sound was heard.I haven't done any laundry after that because if this is how its going to crash ,boom, bang while washing clothes then it will definitely break down.
If your load is small, use the "half load" button; or do as Solution 1 says, put in some more laundry.

Bed sheets or comforters will often get out of balance in the spin cycle or during the rinse cycle. Throw some towels in there next time at least 5 big ones. They are engineered to take a little of this banging, it should only happen once in a while.
