if your dehumidifier is under warranty, call 1-866-629-8241. they are no longer honoring the warranties, because fedders, the company that made the dehumidifiers went bankrupt. but they will prorate your warranty and send you a check. we had two months to go on our warranty and they gave us $14 and change back.
