A problem with my Bosch washing machine

My machine (wfl 1662) finishes the wash, but the "finish" light doesnt turn on- which means that the door is locked. so if i want to take out the clothes, i have to disconnect the machine and wait for a few minutes until I can open the door.
In other words- the machine doesn't "know" that it finished the wash. (the "active" light is on all the time)
how can i solve the problem?

It usually takes 2 minutes after the wash to open the door; do not force the door. Doesn't matter if the active light is on. Just try.

- Try the "end of cycle" button for over 3 seconds; wait for 2 minutes; and try the door. Do not force the door.
