RK, If you are using Nokia PC Suite on your PC then just connect the phone through the USB cable to the PC. It will be detected immediately and then you can do whatever you want. Run PC Suite and connect to the net if you have GPRS activated on your mobile number. For this contact the helpline of your service provider who will activate the GPRS and send you the settings for it as the settings are service provider specific. Only they can give to you. With the GPRS activated and settings saved, you would be able to connect your phone browser to the internet and also connect your PC to the internet through the phone via PC Suite.

You need to have the application installed in your PC like
Nokia PC Suite
Sony Ericsson PC suite
Samsung PC studio etc as per the Mobile model

Then once you have it installed, you need to connect your phone to the Computer using the USB cable and click on View folder, then from Folder you can copy and paste it to the computer and from computer to the Phone

motorola do not yet support the w370 w375 with the latest version of motorola Phone tools
There is a 370 usb driver for download that also drives the w375, but it only allows explorer access to the images and sounds folders, not to addresses, or to use the device as a mode or any of the expected functions.
