Question about Canon imageCLASS® MF4150 All-In-One Laser Printer
When I go to printer preferences, the information is in another language. It comes up with dots and lines and it is impossible to understand what it is saying.
If the language setting you are referring to is the printer and not the software installed on your PC, then:
Press the COPY button, then the Additional Functions Button, then, press the "+" Key until you see "2" on the left side of the display. Press OK, then press the "+" key until you see "3" on the left side of the screen. Press OK, then press the "+" key until you find English or what ever "English" is in the language your printer is set to.
I could not find the above in the manual or on the Canon online FAQ section.
Hop this helps.

May be your system does not have the right font installed. If you know what font it requires, then try installing that font. Otherwise unistall and reinstall the printer driver and select your own language. (Try to install a complete version or customized version in which language selection is available) You can download another printer driver in your own laguage, and install it. Hope this information will be useful to you.
