Hi,
I am using an ASUS A6VC notebook.I can not use any of the function key shortcuts like Fn+F10 anymore. I really don't understand how I turned it off..How can I enable it again?

- I have a sony vaio, and the Fn key when used with the other F keys for volume, brightness etc were fine until yesterday, and now they wont work. I didnt knowingly do anything to turn them off, i didnt install any new software or anything, or any updates, they now just dont workany suggestions ?- rhij

try, right click on my computer icon>properties>hardware tab>device manager>, then look down the list to your keyboard, click + sign, right click on keyboard select uninstal and then reboot notebook and keyboard will self install.
If still not working your drivers may be corrupt and will need to be downloaded from the Asus support website.
