Itunes wont synch to ipod

try reseting your ipod. to do this, simply hold down the middle button, and menu at the same time. (try to push them at the same time) wait a few seconds and it should reset to factory settings. try to resync it then. if this doesnt work contact me via e-mail and i will do my very best to give you more help.
