If the LCD display of your Arlec Digital Time Switch PC787 remains blank even though the red LED confirms that the device is powered on, there could be a few possible causes:
Battery issue: If the device is battery-powered, check to ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly and still have enough power. If the batteries are low, replace them with fresh ones.
Power failure: Check to ensure that the device is plugged into a working power outlet and receiving adequate power. Try plugging the device into a different power outlet to see if the problem is with the outlet.
Display failure: If the device is receiving power but still remains blank, the LCD display may have failed. This issue would require a replacement of the display.
Firmware issue: The device's firmware may have become corrupted. It can happen if there is a power failure while the device is in operation or if it has been exposed to a power surge. Try to reset the device by unplugging it and plugging it back in after a minute.
Internal component failure: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, the problem may be with an internal component of the device, such as a circuit board or a processor. It would require repair by a professional technician.
i think the problem is more likely to be a relay but yes it could be a fuse but which one is for the lights i honestly do not know but if no fuse layout then check the 10/15 amp fuese as its most likely to be one of these
yes there is. the bulb used in most display are LED's. you can purchase the same size LED's as your unit. you can also even change its light color. Now leds comes in many color from white, blue, lavander, red, green etc... Also it comes into many sizes.
You need some soldering experience to change the LEDs.

You have a failed output section inside the radio. If you remove the radio, and take it apart, you will see some burnt capacitors at the very back side of the PC board. This is, unfortunatly, a very common problem with those cars. You are going to have to get another radio, the expense for the manufacturer to fix is is more expense than a replacement. Sorry, but I have seen this situation too many times.
An LED bulb will not work with a thermistor style fuel level sensor - it has insufficient current through it to heat the sensor for normal operation.
The problem with the signals indicator is also related to the LED but for a different reason - the LED will only allow current in one direction.
The simple solution is to go back to incandescent bulbs in the instrument panel for these two functions.
Please check Flash Bulb, is it broken or not. if its broken you need to replace it and this requires solder work. Let me know out come to guide you further.
Be Careful while touching Flash Circuit as it has Very High Voltages and will give SHOCK if capacitor is not discharged properly.

Reconnect one speaker per channel and swap the RCA cables (L > R and R > L) to see if the working channel switches sides. If not, move all switches and controls to see if any are intermittent.
