I cant find it on my computer

Please be more specific with your question. If your trying to connect your phone to your computer you will need a usb cable with a mini usb end for your phone. To access your phone you will also need to find the manufacture of your phone on the web and download the specific software onto your computer for your phone. Once you plug your phone in, your computer will recognise the phone and you will have access to anything you need to do. Hope this helps.

Cant get the player to recognise files

What format are the songs you are trying to upload onto the player? They must be in MP3 or WMA format. If you uploaded them from itunes please go to the Intova website www.intova.net and click support/manuals tab for instructions on how to convert your songs to the proper MP3 format. If you have further questions, please call us at (808) 837-0074 or e-mail [email protected].

Thanks,
Intova

Try this, put it in MSC mode,Plug into your computer, open My Computer,(The player will show as a drive)Open up the player, open the folders and delete what you want deleted. Then when you want to add more songs,Open it the same way as above and drag and drop them. You do NOT need to use a media player to load or remove items. And Please rate this solution.
