The fact the battery shows fully charged means nothing, the symptom is a defective battery.

Is your battery fully charged? The software isn't designed to shut down that quickly, so you must need to charge the battery, then try to unlock it.

First the unit gets shipped with a minimal charge on the battery, make sure you have the battery fully charged for before turning it on. second hope power button down coat see the screen display the irola logo then release, first boot will take awhile just leave it be (takes up to 3 min for first boot) I am posting this with my irola dx752

One sure way is to leave it running doing something like youtube, until the battery runs completely out of juicy. Then plug it in and let it charge all the way up, and see if that fixed the issue.

Try going to system settings and select 'About Tablet' then checking you are fully charged and in good wifi signal select 'system updates' Update to any new version it finds.
Make sure it is fully charged with the screen brightness down (so it will last for hours, just in case). The last thing you want is a power down during an update...
