I had my treo 650 replaced and now i cant pair the two

turn bluetooth off
turn the headset device off
reboot phone.

I see that you need information regarding your Jabra Bluetooth Headset.

*Once the Light on the Headset is constantly lit it means that it is ready for pairing.
*On you Mobile phone go to Bluetooth it should be detected as soon as you set your mobile phone's BT to be discoverable.
*Select Connect/Accept/OK or which ever options you Mobile Phone will provide when pairing with your headset.
*The pairing code will be " 0000 "

This should help you pair up your headset with any Mobile phone or device that uses Bluetooth.

Your use of 0000 is correct, perhaps the specific details will help.

default PIN is 0000... be sure to turn on BT on your phone first, then power on your jabra... your phone should ask to pair to the jabra and then you enter the 0000

Now, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the BT-350 should appear on-screen. Select it and command the application to proceed. The Motorola H700 has Bluetooth v1.2 which is backward compatible with v1.1. The headset works with both Hands-free and Headset profiles and is easy to pair with devices running various operating systems and software. We tested the headset with the Motorola SLVR, Palm Treo 650, the Nokia 9500, the Cingular 8125 and the Cingular 2125, and the headset paired with all devices with ease. To pair the Motorola, turn off the headset first then hold the Call button until the LED ring turns purple, quickly open the boom so that the LED stays solid purple, the headset is now in pairing mode. Use your mobile phone to discover and pair with the headset using “0000” as the default pass code. Call handling between the phone and the headset transferred smoothly and the headset will play notification or a ring tone when a call comes in. When working with the Treo 650, the H700 has an uncomfortably long delay in notifying an incoming call. It starts to ring after the Treo 650 has already ringed 2-3 times. The connection between the phone and the headset is solid. When we paired the Treo 650 to both the Motorola H700 and the Parrot 322 car kit, we can pick up calls on either one and the Motorola H700 worked reliably in this set up.

hold down the button till the light turns solid blue, then let the phone already in bluetooth mode find the jabra, it will ask for a password, enter 0000

This is one of the mistake commonly done by many people. First you need to pair. Let me walk you through. First, the headset has to be switched to pairing mode which is done by holding the on button for a while even after the headset is switched on. Then the bluetooth headset light will remain on. You switch on the phone bluetooth, search new device. Then select it and press the option for pairing. Read the instructions which come on the phone display and select accordingly. It will ask for passcode which is usually four zeros. Then it will get paired ask you whether to connect. You select connect and you are done.
