HI. I've opened an HP laptop charger that turns of when connected. First i saw in the underside of the PCB a white smd component but cant identify because it's burned and also the trails are burned and i like to know if someone has photos of a good carger where i can identify the correct value for the burned component and to know where to reconect the tracks. You can see photos here: http://www.4shared.com/photo/455mZW6p/IMG_20131111_001149.html http://www.4shared.com/photo/SgYr0cmW/IMG_20131111_001219.html Thanks!
Adapter arrived promptly, but did not have a "dongle." Seemed to work
well for about 6 months but then did not charge laptop battery and only
worked plugged in. Eventually a computer technician friend pointed out
the adapter was too light to be real - compared my original adapter it
weighs about half the weight. Not very impressed and would not
recommend. I have no complaints about this item whatsoever, for all intents and purposes it does everything my original AC adaptor did.
