Hi, Try this it might work... connection your battery charger to the PC and make sure to plugin to a known working wall electrical outlet, check if the plug of the charger connector to laptop is not loose. Wait 5 minutes and turn on the laptop. If this did not turn on look for somebody that have multimeter to check if your charger is working or look for another hp laptop that have the same charger of yours connect it to see if the charge is working.. or you may use the other charger to your laptop. HP have a known problem for a motherboard failure with that particular model and see if you are cover with warranty. I hope this info might help you to solve your laptop problem...
