Problem for Crosley CDU450 Dishwasher

The water doesn't spray out and the paddles don't

The water doesn't spray out and the paddles don't turn during the entire cycle leaves soap running down the door. The washer is a Crosley CDU450V model. I have already checked to make sure the holes in the paddles aren't plugged.
