Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S2276 Notebook
I have a built in web cam and whenever i get on AIM or other online messaging networks to video chat, it says my camera is in use with another program and will not work. The problem is there is no other program running. Any suggestions?
Your camera is automatically enabled at windows startup and get reserved by windows driver itself. That is the reason you can't use your webcam. Try to disable this program from running the startup with windows. You may do this from: Start > All programs > Startup right click the particular program that captures camera, and disable it (delete this). This should solve your problem. Otherwise please let us know.
