Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Can't find much info on this, condition excellent, all power rails good, all handling mechanisms and logic good - loads and plays cds fine, so pickup etc okay, but no output to rear or headphone jack. There appears to be no signal coming from the DAC board. Dead dacs? but both channels to both headphone and RCA out? Brought this cheap off internet as not going, so don't know it's history. I have a scope and meters etc so thought I'd have a go, and increase my knowledge on how these work as well. Any thoughts of this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like you've got a problem with either the Drive Motor, Drive Controller or Drive Belt.
It could be an easy fix but it depends on the where the fault is.
Does it make any noise or effort to open the tray?
