My phone is frozen. I can get messages, but i can't look at them. Not one key works. And its so wierd because when I went to bed, everything worked fine. But I dont wanna have to send it in..Please help!

you have a stuck key you need to find which one and you need to blow the key pad off with compressed air to disloge the object that is sticking the key.
Best way I have found is to use explorer and browse into your mobile device and search for a folder called "volatile". I copied every wierd looking folder that started with XME or such. There were like 999 of them on my phone. Once they were removed, everything went back to normal!
Hi , see what u could do is , switch on the phone without the memory card .see if the phone allows to send u messages , u can send ur imp messages to a different number..if the phone still doesnt work then u will have to get it FLASHED once..olly
perform a master reset on your phone the defalt pass is 6 zeros:000000 then try to access your txt msging you phone will return to defalt settings and make sur you turn your phone off once in a while for the updates service providers send that you dont know about not turning your phone off makes them do wierd things
I had the frozen blue screen twice. As a cowboy reset, I removed the battery for a minute, then put it back in. Worked for me, didn't erase my contacts or anything.
