You tried all of that and what happened? Why would the seller would not rectify the error? You must know who sent or sold it to you. Were you not able to get any contact info from the shipping warehouse? Can't a place that sells them help you? It's not possible to give you assistance when you don't help with better information.

Hi, check and adjust the valve clearences. When you do this take the piston 1/8 inch past top dead centre on the compression stroke and check the clearence, it should be around 5 thou on the inlet valve and 7 thou on the exhaust. regards Phil.

Try looking under the machine a lot of yard machines have guards underneath to access belt after removing blade. Good Luck...

one rider - front tire @ 30 psi, rear tire @ 36 psi

it depends on which style mower most ayp (poulan craftsman husquvarna....) are put on with a e clip they may become froze to it but can be removed. now most mtd (yard man yard machines bolens troy bilt...) have a revers thread bolt with a tapered shaft trust me i worked on theses for 10 years. why would you want to take it off anyway? everything can be done with it still on
