use blocks under the unit to get it square with a spirit level.......

low on gas has leaked check acces tube or valve or any solder joints for oil traces as this is common also check if someone has pierced inside the chest to defrost freezer as this would probably dammaged the evaporator

Place a volt meter set for amp draw around one wire of the compressor. If you do not have a constant amp draw replace the start relay on the compressor.
If you do have a constant amp draw the compressor is bad or you have a refrigerant leak.

The interior walls should frost evenly. If you only get a partial frosting pattern then either you have a refrigerant leak or a restriction in the refrigerant lines.
Either problem would be considered a terminal failure in a chest freezer.

The biggest problem would be to turn it on the side or front etc. You can push it as long as there isn't anything to snag it underneath and do damage.

condensation has frozen inside your lid and now is defrosting and driping out. Reason : there is a air leak in the lid

It's probable that you've lost refrigerant in the cooling system. Unfortunately, leaks in those systems can be hard to find so check your warranty to see if the labor is still covered.

The plug may have been mashed and deformed.
Replace it.

how old is it ? and if is just humming is etheir a locked compressor wich if it is then depending on age if is less than 5 years from todays date then just call frigedaire and they will fix it for free but is it was manufacture more than five years ago then is trash , now is just the overload then just buy the part and replace it and you will see if it turns on the overload is the part siiting right on the left side on compressor , fyi the maunufactures date is on the name plate on the wall i belived is on the left hand side
