Question about HP LaserJet 1320n Printer

Printing on Stationary with an HP Laser Jet 1320

When we print a letter on our firm's stationary, which paper is known as 24# Bright White Strathmore writing wove, fold the letter into thirds and put it into a 9 1/2 by 4 1/4 size envelope and then mail the letter. Some letters have been returned to us for whatever reason and when we open up the letter the ink has rubbed off, leaving a shadow of the printed paragraph, depending on the way it is folded. This looks messy and unprofessional. When the letter is mailed the ink is dry, it does not rub off to the touch. The print cartridges we use are manufactured by HP and not recycled. Any suggestions on how to rectify this problem.

Most printers and copiers are made for the standard 20# paper, if using a different paper then most of the time you need to specify what type ie: transparency, labels, lbs etc. so the machine can accommodate itself. ( lowering or increasing the heat in the fusing section, and pressure on the paper.)

for that machine everything is done through the pc. go to File, Print, right click on the printer, go to properties got to device settings, General, printing preferences and paper quality, there is a box there for paper options. try setting it to cardstock.

Printmaster half-fold printing on epson printer

Before printing you need to select the size and orientation and it's a good idea to look at the preview before printing. That saves a lot of paper.

I cant print on white vellum paper on my epson stylus nx420 i need to print some invitations and it is just folding my paper

Try placing some standard paper behind the vellum paper, it might assist in holding correctly while printing.
Being so thin the paper I would guess is folding up under the print head? if so look through all the printer properties, under the maintenance section there may be a "set Plattern Gap" (set to wide) or "Thick Paper Setting"
Selecting these raises the print head up to allow for thicker paper to pass through, but can also help thinner paper from folding up under the heads.
I hope one of these works for you.

Check to be sure the ribbon dosen't have a fold in it and is fully seated in place, be sure the platen is fully seated in the side frames, check the correction tape for proper imstallation it can rob the print if to high.

That is an advanced feature, genrally this is known as Automatic drawer eligibility. However, I am not sure this device offers this advanced feature. Look for options to select drawers for your diff functions in your users manual. Sorry best I can say...

Dell 3100cn Printer will not print

I had to actually change the settings in Microsoft Word to resolve this problem.

If you go to page setup > paper source > there should be lists for "first page" and "other pages".

You can set this to "as per printer settings" and hopefully it should work.
