I have an oil leak but it isnt appear to be coming from the oil? Also when i start my engine and even before putting it into gear it sounds like my engine is going to stall but then something kicks in and the engine runs and sounds fine??!!

Clean the engine block with a compressor and find out where the oil is coming from.
If there is no leak, and motor stays clean, then the oil is being combusted inside the engine, and you should get black smoke from exhaust. In this case it is time to a major repair to the engine.
You have high pressure in the engine??? pcv valve damage oil level to high ,oil to thick ,run the engine for 10 min let run on idling open the hood open the engine top oil cup and feel watt happens there,one smoke and air pressure coming out or has saction in if smoke and air pressure coming out that's to match pressure on the sum. engine no brithing. fuel up high octane petrol and 1/2 can sea foam 2 times on the road after 3000 to 5000 kilometre you have final results ?
