Question about Logitech Cordless iTouch Keyboard/Cordless Optical Mouse 967204-0000
I am trying to install cordless keyboard and mouse to use with my PC. I got it from a person who was using a windows Win XP OS and I have the same OS. No manual or software but I got the driver online The mouse works but the keyboard doesn't work. When I go to the configuration and press the connect buttom it give me the mgs (to connect to a new device insert battery and press its connec/channel buttom) I don't see any connect buttom on this keyboard. Wherre is the connection buttom on this keyboard? I tried to use the connect button on the mouce and the one on the receiver but still no connection. Any idea woud be very appreciated.
My son's computer (Dell Latitude) had the same type of problems. Best junk iTouch. It might work well on an Apple or iPhone, but it sure does not work very well on the rest of the world's PC(s) or PDA(s).

IGNORE mgs "to connect to a new device insert battery and press its connec/channel buttom" - pressing the CONNECT button (right side of the keyboard) simultaneously with the TRANSMITTER button will do the job.

The keyboard must still be connected to the back of the computer. The keyboard is only wireless to the transmitter. Check line of sight to transmitter. Double check all connections (wires) to the computer. Unless something is damage most all wireless keyb are quite reliable.

I had one of these if it is the same model it is on the right hand edge (not on the underside not on the top) between where the number pad is but below the indicator panel, the button is small and I think red and recessed(so you need to use a biro, or such like to press it) silly place to put it, most keyboard connects are on the bottom now
