Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Music files won't show up

I've been adding songs to my Sansa e260 and have had no trouble. Unfortunately, the last batch of songs that I added are showing up on my player when it's hooked up to the computer, however, when I try to play them, they don't show up. Why are these selected songs not showing up? How can I fix this? Thanks

I don't really know how to explain this but I will try. Um, I have all the software for the sansa e260 on my computer, but when I try to put songs on my mp3 player, the loading thing comes up to show you how much the song is done getting put on the mp3 player, but with the songs that i try to put on mine it appears and the green light goes all the way but when it gets to the end it says 0% still. When I look at what's on my mp3 player, the song isn't there. What should I do?

Is your device almost full? The player needs sever MB's of space to create the database or menu, for you to navigate with. Try deleting some music, then restart the device. Best of Luck.

Edit the Id3 tags manually - takes time, but if you have THAT type of computer config, then there's just no other way.

Problem adding songs

Either get a new version of this song (meaning get a different file with the same song you chose) or keep trying to syncronize it on the sansa.
