Look at the location marking on the pc boaed and record the number of the resistor  and then we can find the value of it via schematic /parts list ,also require model #

Where can I get a manual for unidentified bike?

You can't. It's like telling the eye color of an unidentified person. You have to start with what you have. Is it a two stroke of four stroke? Is it street-equipped, or is it off-road? Are there any identifying numbers? Look on the cases of the engine and the steering head of the frame. Write the numbers down. A lot of information can usually be obtained through DMV, using these numbers. All motorcycles have them. Once you have the correct make, year and model, try: Clymer Manuals or Haynes Manuals
That should get you started. With the model information, google pictures of the bike, and compare it to what you have. You can then see how modified or stock the motorcycle is. Good Luck!

Wavetek 9100 i need 10 ohm 22w and 10 ohm 21w

interesting - you can troubleshoot Fluke calibrator but cannot source 2 resistors

First you label both resistors as R10 (is this a designator or actual value on the resistor - btw if this is a value written on resistor then R10 is 0.1 Ohm which would show as short and would explain high wattage also) and probably there is nothing wrong with them.

Need more info or pictures of what you thing are faulty resistors.

Also you can find Service manual here which would help in identifying components:

Hooking power supply back to desktop gateway computer 310 series after changing motherboard need diagram where can i get one

Let me look around for you.

The plastic front of the computer is the Front Panel. The area of pins on the motherboard that the wires from the Front Panel attach to, is the Front Panel header.
Sometimes there are two Front Panel headers.

This information may be tough to find.
What is needed is the manufacturer name and model number, off of the motherboard.

There were several different motherboard manufacturers used, and several different variations.

I'm going to post two links that may help you with identifying the motherboard manufacturer, and model number.

Look in the middle of the motherboard, around the edges, and in-between any expansion slots on the motherboard, for identifying nomenclature.

http://www.ascendtech.us/itemdesc.asp?ic=MB4GWTHRASHER&eq=&Tp=

http://www.pcpartsohio.com/gateway.aspx?c=2&s=91

Going further, there is a motherboard chipset on the motherboard.
The motherboard chipset consists of the Northbridge chip, and the Southbridge chip.

The Northbridge chip will be covered with an aluminum finned Heatsink. It's identifying model number/letters will be covered.

The Southbridge chip usually does not have a Heatsink. It's model number/letters will be easily identifiable.

The Northbridge chip and Southbridge chip are installed in a mated pair.
A specific Southbridge chip will be used with a specific Northbridge chip.

This means that identifying what Southbridge chip is used will lead us to what Northbridge chip is used, without removing the Heatsink off of the Northbridge chip.

This shows you a motherboard diagram, detailing how the motherboard chipset is connected to the rest of the motherboard,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Motherboard_diagram.svg

This general example of an average motherboard shows you the Northbridge chip, and Southbridge chip,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:MicroATX_Motherboard_with_AMD_Athlon_Processor_2_Digon3.jpg

Looking in the middle of the motherboard you will note a bl;ack square Heatsink that looks like a meat tenderizer.
This is the Heatsink over the Northbridge chip.

To the left of the Northbridge chip, and to the left of the ram memory slots, is the Southbridge chip.
It has VIA on it in white letters.

State any identifying letter/numbers that you see on the motherboard.
Please state in a Comment.

joecoolvette

M129h won't open cash drawer

Yes ,there is a drawer fuse ,it is on the bottom board
It is labeled F2 - 4A round and brown.
But i have several printer with this problem and it is not the fuse .
Also the 4ohm oranje resistor could be faulty.
But most likely the Transistor/FET which drives it.
Since i cannot locate a service manual for identifying the righ part there is no hope yet.....

Basscube 10 dead...need zener and resistor help

The zener diodes are 1N4774, I believe they are one watt. Try 3 watt metal oxide for the resistors. You might as well replace the 6800uF 63 volt main filter capacitors and the 220uF 50 volt capacitors while you're at it. Half the time the heat that cooked your other parts takes them out as well.

Identifying an electronic component

Some wide-tolerance resistors only had 2 color bands. The body is the 3rd color. It could also be an inductor or capacitor. It really depends on its place and function in the circuit.

Colors became distorted, then it shut off

Your tv has two problems showing up at the same time, the convergence IC's have loose conections in some of the conecting pins, the Ic's are mounted on heat sinks and can be identify by the markings on its face STK--- ---,3 letters and 6 numbers, one IC for each color, this pins need to be resoldered as well as any other loose conection or overheated areas in the board. The shutdown problem might be a resistor next to the output transformer, its value should be .47 ohms but it might measure open right now,the resistor is at the back edge of the circuit board on the right witch is the deflection board. If you are familiar with tv service you have a place to start but if you are not too familiar be safe and call for assistance from a servicer.Let Us know how it goes.

Has anyone had problems with connecting an 'HDMI to HDMI + SPDIF + RCA L / R Audio Extractor Converter (HDMI input,HDMI+ Audio output)' to a Panasonic PT-53TW53? I have a TiVo Premiere hooked up to my Panasonic PT-53TW53. I use the HDMI out, and RCA R+L outputs on the TiVo, and hook up to the digital in connections on the TV. The conversion of the HDMI out is via an HDMI to DVI cable. This has worked perfectly for years, but recently I wanted to disconnect the TiVo and replace with my Roku or Amazon Fire TV. Both have a single HDMI output. So I purchased an AGPtek HDMI to HDMI + SPDIF + RCA L / R Audio Extractor Converter (HDMI input, HDMI+ Audio output) box, hooking up the HDMI output from the Roku or Fire TV to the input on the extractor/converter, and simply disconnecting the HDMI to DVI and RCA R+L outputs from the TiVo, and plugging them into the outputs on the converter/extractor. The converter/extractor has a 3 position switch: PASS, 2CH audio, or 5.1CH (via and SPDIF or Toslink cable). I have had 2 of these converter/extractors, and with both the Roku and Fire TV I got the same results with both converter/extractors: With the switch on 2CH, which is where I understand I should get HDMI video and 2CH RCA audio, all I get is the RCA audio. No video. If I switch to PASS I get video with no audio. Of course on the 5.1 setting I get nothing, since the TV does not support SPDIF. Yet I see reviews all over Amazon indicating folks are using this converter/extractor for this very purpose, and it is working fine. I can't possibly imagine that it is some sort of incompatibility issue with the TV, since the TiVo has worked (and continues to) fine for years. Any ideas?
