CANON GP 335 E005 problem
We have fiqured out that the cleaning web needs to be changed therefore we have successfully done this but the error code E005 still appears.
We have tried the *28* code to try to get into the service mode but that does not.
So please help what are we doing wrong.

hui im jules_09.canon error code can be reset reset it in the program if error code still apears youl have to re install the cleaning wed again then check if you followed the right process
