Defrost isn't working

- the timer is usuall located on the back of the refrigerator; there should be a label or a small hole that you can put a blade screwdriver in turn it clockwise you should hear a series of soft clicks as you turn the timer; the compressor should shut off and defrosting should start after a few hours the mullion heaters should stop defrosting and the compressor should start again if it doesn't start replace the timer let me know how it goes
