Do quick google search for "razr tethering" you will also need the USB cable for your phone.

Check your bluetooth connection with the PC and use Moto Tools suite to transfer photos . Other option is to simply make a connection with your PC and send photos one by one or mark all , send all to PC via bluetooth connection

It is your phone's USB connector of internal USB ic problem. First cheach the connector then go to it's USB ic. USB ic is responsible for making connection with PC. If it is not OK then any skilled technician can make it right. Don't try to do anything if u r not skilled because ic removal is a job with special skill.
