Question about HP LaserJet 5550 Printer
I am about to replace a toner and on display I have a note saying: 'clean fuser input then replace a toner'. could you let me know what I need to do it, where can I find a fuser input...etc. Thank you in advance for any help Kasia
The fuser unit is at the end of printer section please clean it

Check out url for 2 methods of cleaning the fuser input(static discharge bar) to prevent jamming in the fuser.

If you just go ahead a replace the toner cartridge, the 'clean fuser input' message should dissapear There are several reasons for this message related to the toner and the cartridge. Try going ahead and replacing the cartridge and see if that does the trick.
