You can get sound driver into dell website, friend. Just visit their website and look for download drivers...find the model of the driver...choose what kind of operating system you make the system driver compatible...then DONE

My computer freezes when starting up- Mac G4 933 Mz, will not start up using disc & holding down 'C" key

First, Try using Disk Utility to do a Disk Repair, as shown in this link, while booted up on your install disk.
You could have some directory corruption. Let us know what errors Disk Utility reports and if DU was able to repair them.
But it sounds like the following;
You are experiencing a Kernel Panic as seen and described in Apple doc.#106227. If not, disregard.

My computer boots up then instead of going to the user log in screen it goes to a black screen and stays like that please help the computer isnt even a year old

The Windows kernel - the core program of it - is corrupted or missing. This cannot be fixed, you will have to reinstall using the recovery disks.
This is almost always caused by viruses, after you reinstall use another antivirus, the one you had until now is useless.

Kernel panic

Yes, your hard drive is fine from the stand point that there are no surface damage or bad clusters. What ever system you loaded on the hard drive has to be reinstalled. Good Luck.
