Question about Toshiba Satellite M55-S139 Notebook
Bought the laptop for my daughter a couple of years ago. Her HD is fried. I bought her an extended warranty and I have to send it to Nexicore. Their paperwork says to thrown in the recovery cd's. No clue as to where they are. Can I buy them off the net? Will I be able to reinstall windows with it? Is there any way to get back her pictures or music. Lapdog guys say the HD is done.
You can request the cd's from Toshiba, although they will charge, the pics etc will be lost unless they can be retrieved by the warranty company, although they will also charge for that.
