Check if it is a cordless controller, may need batteries for cordless controller, press memory button if is cordless controller, all i have to do is those three things & you might find something. all my controllers are cordless because i have a bad foot that swells if i sit down too long. so if your new controller is not cordless, just go ahead & send it BACK to the store if you still have receipt & get a new one

OK...Did you replace the lamp with a Sony original? If you did, then carefully check that the door is closed properly.

No picture, siren type noise as restarting

My Toshiba dlp 62hm116 was used for 3 months then stored for 2 years, I turned it on yesterday and it makes a loud grinding noise which I think is probably from the exhaust fan area and the picture is black except white at both vertical sides. It worked fine the last time I used it 2 years ago. Any ideas?

Well, in most Cisco VoIP phones those lights are used to tell you if you have a voicemail. Have you checked your vm and cleared any new ones? This might be your issue ;)

I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG 27" TV LAST CHRISTMAS IT WAS WORKING FINE UNTIL YESTERDAY. NOW IT SHUTS OFF BY ITSELF AND CANNOT BE TURNED BACK ON. I DO NOT HAVE THE RECEIPT AS MY GRANDCHILDREN BOUGHT IT FOR ME...

Remove the wall plug and count to 10, then plug it back in. If it still doesn't work ask your grandchildren to help you with a 'Warranty Repair'.

The warranty is 12 months.
