Phone says no service and nothing from sim card shows up????

the unit has a signal problem its the antenna check your local service center from your provider

take out the sim cards then turn the phone back on
click back and you will be in the menu screen
goto settings then sellect restore factory settings
default password is 1122 if thats wrong then 1234
it will say restore , press yes , the phone resets and its all fixed

Actually, it's a dual sim phone so inserting the card is all that is needed. The internet is not working because you have to have the Data plan internet for smartphones. Regular internet you have on any other phone doesnt work. The data plan is a 24.99 with t-mobile as I had to get it to. After switching internets you have to call T-mobile and get the GPRS settings for internet or do a search like i did and find them yourself. Go under service and data accounts. Make a new account and enter the settings and bam you have internet.

you should not have to set your sim card (if it needs to be activate, you need to call tmobile)
the rest is your choice ..do you wish to add your contacts to phone memory or sim card?

This phone is NOT 3G compatible (it's just it's name ...) if your Tmobile card is 3G it will not work. All CECT phones are factory unlocked !

If your phone has a dual sim card then the sim 1 card is the top slot and the bottom is the sim2
slot. Give it a try

You need to call T Mobile because you bought the phone off Ebay. It has to be re registered in there system and set up under their network regardless of any other factor. They have to put their numbers in the Nam1 and Nam2 parts of the phone with the EIM and CDM. That may mean nothing to you but it makes your phone run!! Give T Mobile a call from a LANDLINE phone

You need to phone the service provider so that they can give it to you. If you have recently bought the SIM card, check to see on the paper work if it written on the paper work.

First, have you installed your SIM card? These phones have spaces for 2 SIM cards, but will work fine with only one. Make sure your SIM is installed.

After you SIM is installed in either the #1 or #2 dock, you'll have to disable the other SIM port in your "Settings" menu.
