How do I transfer pictures from my PantechP9050(sd card) to my laptop

Has your laptop a slot for the SD card? If it hasn't then get a SD to USB card convertor. You put the card into that and the USB into a USB slot and you computer will then read the SD card and you can transfer the files in the same way as any other drive.

Sd card password lost

Secure Digital (or SD) memory cards are one of the most popular forms of digital media storage. When using SD cards with a mobile device, you can set a password to protect unauthorized users from viewing the files. However, sometimes, you may lose the SD card password. If you have access to the mobile device, recovering the password is a simple process. If the mobile device is not present, the only way to recover the password is to reformat the device.

Download and install a file explorer application, such as FExplorer, X-plore or Best Fileman onto the mobile device. Run the application on the mobile device. Select the "Find" option. Type "MMCSTORE" in the space provided. Connect the mobile device to the computer via either a Bluetooth connection or the connection cable that came with the mobile device. Send the "MMCSTORE" file to the computer. Rename the "MMCSTORE" file "MMCSTORE.txt" on the computer. Open the "MMCSTORE.txt" file on the computer. Write down the password located in the "MMCSTORE.txt" file. b> Using a PC b> Download and install the SD Formatter program from the SD Association website. Insert the SD card into the computer's SD card reader. Run the SD Formatter application. Select the SD card from the drop-down menu and click the "Format" button. Formatting the SD card will reset the password. However, the process also will remove any data that is stored on the card. Allow several minutes for the SD card to format. Hope this helps.

Don't know if you cover this area but can't find any information on my own...I have an SD card that read "card not initialized", I formatted the card to recover the photos and then another file...

If you formatted the card after the photos were stored on there, the photos were deleted. Format basically cleans the disk to a "like new" condition. Sadly, the pictures are not recoverable.

Bought 2 gig sd card to update my sylvania 7"smart book synet07526 like recomened sd card does not show up brand new scan disk sd card whats up

First of all, you must be sure that the SD card is formatted with the proper formatting as indicates to be FAT 32. Then you have to down load the indicated file and unzip the file to expose a file called script in the root directory of the SD card. All of this has to be done on another computer with an unzip program installed. Then you place the properly fixed SD card in your SYNET07526, that card goes in upside down!, then you turn on your SYNET07526, and away you go. Read my TIP at:

How to recover my sundisk micro sd card or else how to format it? or what are the possibility to recover this thing?

Click here to download recovery utility. Or using any other file recovery program you can recover the files/ photos even after formatting it.
Secondly, you can format the card through windows, using memory card reader.
and if you want to completely erase the data so that it is not recoverable is to overwirte all data with some other files that are not sensitive and filling the disk completely.

Also, click here to get more information on the issue

Hope this helps!

My new SD card can not be read by digital camera

Hello, try using a card reader and plug your new SD card to your pc, it will appear as a removable drive. If it is detected by your pc, try to reformat it by doing this:
1. Click Start/Windows Button on the lower left of your screen, select Computer 2. A window will open, listing all the storage devices in your computer (Local Disk C:, etc) 3. Look for the removable drive, that is your SD Card. Then right-click on it, go to Format. It will format your SD card. 4. After formatting, remove your SD card from your computer then test it using your digital camera.

If it still doesn't work even with other cameras, it might be a defective SD card, try contacting the store where you bought it and have it replaced.

Lost of space on micro SD card

Yes you can get your space back.
Let me clear you first you lost the space due to while system is writing data in your SD micro card it is suddenly ejected or disabled.

You will do this method to retrieve you data back. You will need some things
1. Card reader for SD micro memory.
2. A software called D M comes as Hard disk tool it comes in bootable cds.

You will remove your H D for safe side to protect your hard disk data.

Put your SD card in card reader and start you computer with bootable cd that contains D M software.

When your system is boot from cd run D M and go to option in D M erase all data. This will retrieve your all space from SD. Remember you can do the same thing with Hard disk if there is any bad sector or some space not avalible or disk partion is not able to delete by any softwares.

Hope this will help you, If you have any problem regards this you can reply to me other wise don't forget to make ansewer my thread.
