so its like for example / type in

obviously you would use your details
this should give you either local suppliers or local engineers etc

I just fixed this problem - it is very easy and Danby was very helpful.

FIRST OFF - Why this happens: when the washer finishes a cycle, you must wait and additional 2 MINUTES prior to the washer unlocking. That is probably why people break the washer.

Now for the solution - Danby sells the part for under $5.00, part number 533. They will send you a pdf file with an illustration of all the washer parts so if something else broke, you could replace it.

Sometimes there is a long wait which is no fun. Ask the receptionist to put you thru to the manager and the manager will take your number and have a parts person call you.
