This is important:
3. A. If you have a PC and a: • 6, 7 or 8 channel (5.1, 6.1 or 7.1) sound card: Connect all 3 colored plugs from the audio input cable to the color-coded jacks on the sound card. 1. If jacks on your soundcard are not color coded, plug the audio input as follows: • green to front L/R (or #1) • black to rear L/R (or #2) • orange to center / sub (or #3) • 4-channel sound card: Connect the green plug from the audio input cable to your sound card's front jack and the black plug to your sound card's rear jack. Do not use the orange plug. • 2-channel sound card: Connect the green plug from the audio input cable to the "line out" jack on your sound card. Do not use the black or orange plugs.
No way to do that unless you can figure out a way to remove the part. The contacts inside that plug determine where the sound goes. No way to turn it off unless you remove the broken part. If you feel confident enough, remove the back of the TV and remove the broken piece from the jack.
The Red (right channel) nand White (left channel) RCA plug to miniphone jack is made for audio amplifier with RCA input jacks. The monitor should have Green audio input mini stereo phone jack for the audio input from the PC audio line out (Green mini phone jack).
You will need the shielded audio cable with mini stereo phone plug at both end for the audio hook up.
Hi there. The audio out or headphone jack is located at the front of the laptop and is coloured green. Get a male to male mini stereo jack ( about 3 meters ) and you will be in business!!
It’s either the plug on the AC adaptor (might have a broken wire) or the laptop’s input jack that the adaptor plugs into. The input power jack is soldered onto the motherboard. Could also be a problem with the charging circuit on the motherboard (would need to replace motherboard to fix). Your responses are intended to improve the level of service provided. the yellow rca input jack( not the output one ) is for video in (by itself ) and the red and white rca jack inputs are for the right and left audio that is also required when using the yellow video jack
the red and white audio jacks are also required when using the component video inputs ( BLUE , GREEN & RED ) rca jacks
but only one type of connection is required ( yellow video jack , red and white audio jacks ) or ( the blue , green and red component video jacks and the red and white audio jacks )
you will need the yellow video input and the red and white audio inputs
The red, blue and green RCA hook up is just video. You must also use the red and white pair of RCA jacks for the audio. You can usually find the audio red and white jacks right below the video red, blue and green RCA jacks. Get yourself an audio RCA cord with the red and white connectors and run that from your video device audio output to the audio input of the TV that corresponds with the video input of the TV. An example would be if the red, blue and green are on the "Video 1" input of your TV you will find the red and white audio input for "Video 1" right below or right next to the video inputs.
The red, blue and green video jacks are called "component video" and they only have a video signal for high definition video, so you must also run a separate audio line for it. The same holds true for the yellow video RCA connector, that one is called "composite video" and it also has only a video signal with no audio.
I hope this helps, if so a "FixYa!" rating would be very much appreciated.
