Hi Steve,
Well, it depends on the type of phone as to why your device is only lasting 2 days of battery power.
Your phone, the Nokia N70 is rated to last 3.5 hours of talk time, or 11 days of standby time, meaning if you are not using the phone that's how long the battery will last when the phone is on but the screen is off and you have minimal apps running on your phone.
Which means that you must be using your phone for more than just calling. For most people, they can barely get 2 days of battery real life on this phone, especially if you are a power user.
It is a color screen phone and that is one of the reasons why it uses up battery so much. The other reason is because it is connected to the internet as well.. that draws a lot of battery over just a regular flip phone. Nowadays, people using a smartphone can only get a day's worth of battery life out of their battery. Although, some smartphones can last 2-3 days or longer depending on battery size, how its software regulates drawing/using battery, and the technology inside the phone. The Nokia N70 has a 970 mAh battery compared to the new smartphones with as much as 3000 mAh batteries.
