Mambo-TouchFlix -Kaser - My computer Vista / XP can read the mp4, but i can not find the files that i have taken with the mp4 (Like Videos & Pics). i can find the music i load and original stuff that came with it notthing more .... Please help !!!!!

- Thank You, But sadly no it did not help.

the videos i taken out with the mp4 i vant not find it shows that it is in DV foulder, but when i put the mp4 on the computer it just shows the music i down load it those not show me the DV foulder .

Ok.... i just got my new mp4 same model from XS cargo. after u transfer files from your computer to your mp4 player n safety removing remember to click menu when it ask CREATE LIST if not no files will be transferred!

so try that n reply me n tell me if that works if not i'll give u another solution :D
