Dear customer,
i recommend u to try the following routine to sort out this problem
hope u find this useful. thank you.
SOURCE: no heat when i switch oven on
There is no doubt that it is the element that has failed, so all you need to do is replace the fan oven element.
If you can see a removable panel at the rear of the oven ,remove that, and you should see the element.
Remove and replace.
If ther is no removable panel then you will have to access it from the rear of the oven cabinet.
Plz rate my solution.
thanks,

A tripped breaker or blown fuse on an electric oven or cook-top, combined with an element that has stopped working, is usually a sign of a shorted, then blown (if the fuse or breaker no longer fail) element.
If you know how to use an ohmeter, you can pull the element, disconnect the wires from each end, then measure the resistance between each end of the element, and each element to the outer sheath.
A good element has just a few ohms of resistance between the wire connection points, and infinite resistance from the wire connection points to the outer sheath. Any readings other than that means the element is bad and need's to be replaced.

You need to detrmine if you are getting a supply to the oven element, if you are , then the new element is faulty, if no supply, then you are going to have to work back from source.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

sounds like the circular element at the back of oven has blown.

It has been a while but I thought I would update about my oven problem,I took the oven out of the housing and changed the top oven thermostat which proved fairly simple, beware of the plastic covers for the thermostat lights on the front of the oven as these become quite brittle.
Also whilst the oven was out of the housing I sprayed a small amount of wd40 on the back of the main oven fan.this seemed to free up the fan which now needs no assistance to work, top oven working now the thermostat has been changed,it does seem with a bit of research you can save yourself a few pounds
