I'm haveing the same problem but when i try to adjust the convergent lines, the red does not move in any direction. the green is the stationary one.

Also, the red is curved in on the top and bottom of the screen.

Convergance problem I paid $300.00 to fix! If you have any chance you need to go to menu then select convergance then manual then select on remote to change color then on remote select 2,4,6,8 to change quadrant on screen to move red or blue you use the channle/remote buttons in your remote to move red lines L-R-up-down to adjust, If you cannot fix with this method you need to replace defective parts which service man told me were junk and were made to fail "GOOD LUCH

Look in manuel for convergence setting and reset. This happens if your set has been moved lately or shaken adbruptly.

Try menu and look for settings and find convergence and you can read what to do. Hope this helps!

Look to see if your remote has a button with A/D on it. That is the button to press to switch back and forth between the analog and digital tuners.

Your power transformer is likely shot. It'll cost at least $200 to have it replaced. Someone can come to your house to diagnose it. Usually costs around $65.
