SOURCE: 2160 cub cadet that wont start.hot spark to the plugs
You've solved for some of the equation. Spark. Fuel. Air.....all in the proper sequence. Now, what condition are the plugs ? I'd change them out if they have any wetness to them. Check your fuses as well. Another thing is the 'safety switches' - located in seat, on parking brake, etc. One of these could have come undone or gone bad/loose wire. I'm thinking the latter....

It could be vapor lock. Vapor lock is a condition where the hot gasoline turns into vapor bubbles either in the fuel line or carb. When it happens, the vapors will cut off fuel flow thru the carb, essentially causing the engine to run out of fuel. You should re-route or isolate the fuel line away from the heat of the engine and install an inline fuel filter close to the carb. Also make sure that the cooling fins are not clogged up with trash or something that is causing the engine to overheat. I would also check the gas cap. Make sure the vent is clear and clean around the gasket in the cap. This can sometimes cause similar problems. Hope this helps and good luck.

did you happen to check the gas cap if the vent is clogged in it ? when it stalls loosen the gas cap and see if it makes a whoosh sound

This usually means that is's been overfilled with oil, or the engine has been tipped enough for oil to run into the cylinder. Drain oil if it's above the line at all, and the problem will go away once the oil's burned out of the cylinder.
