Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
Well with the opal it has the internal battery ..when i first got my player it performed fine with my computer..unfortunately now im getting a windows error that says it cant read the mtp device and if i restart all i get is you can safely remove the hardware..ive tried reinstalling the opal using the provided disc but i still get the same error
The Opal has a reset hole on the back of the unit in which a toothpick (non metallic) can be inserted to reboot the player.
If this does not work, I suggest that you reformat the player by using the WindowsTM format command on the unit. To reformat the memory
